Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund of the product cost less a return shipping fee of $12.00, through February 24th.
The original shipping charges are not refundable.
You can initiate a return by emailing us at support@baggallini.zendesk.com. In this email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used when placing the order (if different)
- Billing zip code
- Order #
- What item(s) you would like to return, including style, color and unit(s) to return
- Reason for the return
Once we receive your request, a Customer Service Team Member will reach out and provide a return shipping label. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Baggallini reserves the right to approve all returns and to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.
Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, please allow up to 5–10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
